Landfill legislation will be simplified

In its session on 23 April 2009, the German Bundestag adopted the Ordinance Simplifying Landfill Law.
The Ordinance was promulgated in the Federal Law Gazette I No. 22 of 29 April 2009, p. 900 and will thus enter into force on 16 July 2009.
